Inventory on their person
List all the major items you want your character to have. This includes weapons, ammo, significant clothing articles, tools and the like.
Stats
For each of the below, you must indicate either Very Low, Low, Medium, High, or Very High. The sum of the statistics must balance, this means roughly that for every high you have a low, for every very high you have a very low or two lows, and so on. Extremes can be had, but only with Admin approval.
Charisma - How adept your character is with social skills. Knowing how to present oneself in a good light with as many positive aspects possible. Social butterfly, funny, extroverts will have the upper end of the scale. Racists, shut-ins...not so much.
Strength - Raw physical power. This influences how much you can lift, how hard you can punch, and how much recoil you can handle, among other things.
Coordination - How well one can use their hands. If this is low, you tend to fumble objects, high and you can do neat tricks with your hands, or perform quick slights of hand. Ambidextrous means you have high dexterity skills.
Endurance - How long one can do any repetitive or tiring task. Running very fast, climbing, multiple tasks at the same time. The lower the stamina, the more easily tired one gets.
Agility - Is about flexibility. Think gymnastics. Larger characters will often have poor agility, as muscle impedes flexibility, but small characters are not necessarily agile.
Perception - Is about your senses, but primarily your sight. Characters that need glasses will have poor perception. Detecting changes in your surroundings also determines perception, on top of vision at different lengths and lights.
Intelligence - This is not only what your character already knows, but also his or her ability to learn and process information. This does not extend to street smarts, but is solid, practical knowledge.
Morality - How in-tune one's conscience is with their actions, and how negative/positive the results of such are and how they are affected by such. Angelic purity? Cruel ruthlessness? Justified and heroic heart?
General Adaptations
These can be described in any way you find appropriate.
Savvy - These are street smarts. Your ability to make the best choice, stay out of trouble, or survive on your wits. This does not reflect on intelligence.
Health - What state your insides are in. Do you have a disease, a lame arm? Or are you the picture of perfection? This does not necessarily mean if you're fat or skinny.
Pain Resistance - This is the amount of pain you can take before it gets to you.
Education/ Abilities/ Training
This is where you list any specialties your character may have. Are they an excellent medic or mechanic? Maybe they can cook fabulously or brew a mean beer, or have a fantastic green thumb! Please limit skills, to be realistic. Also keep technology of the era in mind
Advantages
See the post below for a list of examples. These are perks your character has that relate to their set of statistics and their unique abilities. You may create your own, or pick from the list. Also, be observant, a low charisma character cannot be a sweet talker.
Faults
These should act to 'balance' your perks.
